2696193 - You Are Unable to Hide The Activity Details Section

Symptom

When you select an Activity in the Activities pane, you are unable to hide the Activity Details via Adaptation mode.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Opportunities view.
  3. Open an Opportunity ID.
  4. Go to the Activities tab.
  5. Select a line item under the Activities: All Activities pane.
  6. The Activity Details will now be visible under the pane.
  7. You are unable to hide the Activity Details via Adaptation mode.

Cause

It is currently not supported to hide the Activity Details.
