2696206 - Access Denied Error or Unexpected Failure - Interview Scheduling

When a user clicks on Interview Scheduling, they receive the following error:

The requested operation is not available. 

The problem is due the following reason(s):

• Access Denied Error or Unexpected failure.

1. Click on Interview Scheduling

2. The following error is received:

The requested operation is not available. 

The problem is due the following reason(s):

• Access Denied Error or Unexpected failure.

Please try again or contact your administrator.

This error can be caused by the timezone of the user not being set.

Set the timezone of the user:

1. Open Admin Centre 
2. Manage Users
3. Edit the user and select a time zone
