2696342 - Different issues arise when trying to use non-Maintenance Order types within Web Dynpro App W0017 (Process Maintenance Order)

• When creating an Order using the Create Maintenance Order WD App (W0017), not all Order types are available for selection
• A Refurbishment Order has status TTJL (Transferred To Job List) but it is not displayed within the Display Job List App 
• Add a Settlement Rule within SAP GUI transaction IW32 but it is not displayed within WD App Display Maintenance Order (W0017)
• Try to change a specific Order (example: Refurbishment Order) using the Change Maintenance Order App (W0017) and the error Refurbishment orders cannot be maintained by this application is raised
• Try to edit a field e.g. Valuation type and the value entered is not saved
