2696342 - FIORI - Order types not available in Maintenance Order applications

• Create an Order using the Fiori App "Create Maintenance Order" and noticed that not all order types are available for selection.
• A Refurbishment Order has status TTJL (Transferred To Job List) but it is not displayed in the Display Job List App 
• Add a settlement rule in IW32 back-end but it is not displayed in front-end "Display Order" App
• Try to change a specific order (example: refurbishment order) using the "Change Order" App and you receive the error: "Refurbishment orders cannot be maintained by this application"
• Try to edit a field e.g. Valuation type and the value entered is not saved
