2696717 - Downtimes and capacity variants not considered by SNP heuristic when creating SNP planned orders

Symptom

You have maintained a downtime, a capacity profile or a capacity variant to define a non availability of a production resource on a working day of the factory calendar. SNP heuristic creates planned orders ignoring this restriction.
