Symptom
- Running a job in a BO system with ASE as backend database generates messages including "library libintl_r64.so not found"
- Exact error texts may vary depending on enviroment and job run :
Sybase connection error: Sybase SQL Server shared library libintl_r64.so not found.
Please make sure it is installed and can be located using the library search path (LIBPATH on AIX, LD_LIBRARY_PATH on Solaris/Linux, SHLIB_PATH on HP-UX).

BODI-320006: Cannot open connection to the repository. Sybase SQL Server shared library libintl_r64.so not found.
