2697056 - GUI_UPLOAD triggers UNKNOWN_ERROR <--> VSCAN

Symptom

  • GUI_UPLOAD fails with "UNKNOWN_ERROR" or "ACCESS_DENIED"
  • In SE24->CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES->Display-> F8->GUI_UPLOAD->Execute-> Execute the function with a text file for the filename import parameter. There is a UNKNOWN_ERROR  error that comes up with VSCAN message ID.
