2697134 - How to set the Sub Tab Configuration for Performance Management

This article explains how to set other tabs (such as Team Overview tab) as the landing page for the Performance Inbox page.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

• Successfactors provides users with the ability to configure the default landing sub tab in each parent tab.
• The user will be able to control the choice of sub tab which should be the default landing sub tab when they click on Performance tab from Home drop down.
• We can avoid multiple clicks for common actions.

How to Configure?

1. In Options page, select Sub tab Configuration
2. This can be used by the user to configure the landing sub tab.

List of Sub tabs available for Performance parent tab:

1. Reviews

2. Team overview

3. Help & Tutorials

4. Remember last page- User can set the last viewed tab as default landing sub tab.

"Select" and "save" any of the above sub tabs in-order to set them as default landing sub tab for Performance tab:

 

Known Limitation:

• The selection of the Sub tabs cannot be set at the Admin or Company level.
• It is up to the end-user to determine their own selection of Sub tabs.
