2697158 - How to Generate an Error Log from DocuSign - Onboarding

Symptom

  •  Getting blank page after the password page and not able to proceed with onboarding.
  •  Blank page is shown after submitting password, we see preparing forms for signing intermittently and than blank page is shown.
  •  We are expecting to send the documents to DocuSign after providing the password, but a blank page is displayed.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

To get the logs from Docusign do the following:

  1. Log into your DocuSign account that is connected to onb account
  2. Click on your Profile picture > My preferences > Privacy and Security
  3. Scroll to Request Logging section > Make sure to click on "Clear ## of 50 logs" first
  4. Then click on Enable logging and SAVE
  5. Reproduce your Onboarding Issue
  6. Once replication is complete, go back into your DocuSign account and under the same section click on "Download" to get the logs from Docusign
  7. Provide this log in your Support case for analysis of any issue related to DocuSign
