2697544 - Canceled Item Is Not Displayed in Sales Order Preview

You have a canceled item in the sales order ABC (ABC represents the Sales Order ID), and if you generate the output of this sales order with the preview button, this canceled item does not appear in the PDF form.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Orders view.
3. Open the sales order ABC.
4. Click in the Actions button.
5. Click on Preview.
6. The canceled item is not displayed in the generated PDF.

This is the expected system behavior.

Canceled items are not displayed in the generated output form.

If you need the canceled item generated in the PDF form, you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.
