Resolution
This feature which was released in b1802 as a way to control candidates who have not accepted the DPCS to progress through the candidate pipeline. Candidates can stop from In-Progress/Default Statuses while DPCS is not yet accepted.
Prerequisites:
DPCS 2.0 must be configured. This allows customer to provide a country-specific data privacy prompt for internal and external candidates, in the candidate's preferred language.

- The first screen shot shows when the "Do not allow" is selected. In this case the user will not be able to move the candidates until DCPCS has been accepted.
- The second screen shot shows "Allow after confrimation" enabled. In this case the user will be able to move the candidates that have not accepeted the DPCS statement after checking the "Allow candidate(s) who have not yet accepted latest DPCS statement".
Note: “Allow candidate(s) who have not yet accepted latest DPCS statement” always appears when forwarding a candidate to a selected job requisition when the following conditions are met:
- Candidate workbench should be enabled
- DPCS 2 should be enabled
- At least one country should be configured in the Country Specific Consent Settings
