2697696 - Products Added Automatically to Sales Order

Symptom

The products are getting added to sales order automatically.

Environment

SAP CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Choose the view Sales order.
  3. Choose the button New.
  4. Enter the Account.
  5. Under the productsview we see products added automatically.

Cause

The Products are getting added automatically to the sales order because you have a product lists XYZ (XYZ represents product list id) which is defined in the system and marked as Automatic proposal true.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Products work center.
  2. Choose the view Product Lists.
  3. Enter XYZ in the search field.
  4. Choose the Product List.
  5. Open it.
  6. Choose the field Automatic Proposal.
  7. Deselect the check box.
  8. Save.
