2697718 - Cannot launch AO from BPC Web Client in Chinese Language through Chrome - BPC 11.0

Symptom

  • When logon BPC Web Client in Chinese Language through Chrome browser, you cannot launch Analysis for Office (AO) from BPF successfully.
  • Error "zh_cn is an invalid culture identifier" is shown in AO logs.
  • Sometimes, the EPM Plugin will be crashed and the EPM Tab will not be shown any more.
