2697865 - Job Profile Workflow not Being Triggered

Job Profile Worflow is configured but when saving changes in a Job Profile, or creating a new one, the workflow is not triggered, and the changes are just saved normally.

1. Setup Job Profile Workflow following the steps in KBA 2395351
2. Try to edit a Job Profile or create a new one, and then save. 
3. See that the changes are applied to the Job Profile, and no workflow is triggered.

This happens because the Job Profiles are being edited in the Admin Screen, and because of that, the system assumes they are being edited by the system administrator and just accept the changes without creating an approval workflow first.

To trigger the workflow the Job Profiles should be edited from the profile, by clicking in Actions, then Job Profiles, on the Jump to Tab, as displayed in the screenshot below:
