Steps to do to enable JDM First Version

SuccessFactors - Job Description Manager

To enable, (this needs to be done by a Partner), please follow below steps:

1. Go to Provisioning à Company Settings à should have the following pre-requisites:

a. Job Description/Proficiency Level à select Job Description [Not Ready for Sales/Production]

b. Version 11 UI framework (ULTRA)

NOTE: Performance profile is no longer supported under People Profile.

2. Choose and perform a syncing option?

3. Please find below the XML settings needed for the Job Description form

As per process the above configuration need to be performed by Partners or PS team.
