2698132 - Total Compensation - Variable Pay Individual View

Symptom

When using Total Compensation we are unabel to see any data under the Variable Pay Individual View tab.

How can this be displayed within Employee Profile?

  • Successfactors Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Employee Profile
  2. Select User

  1. Select Varible Pay Individual View

Cause

This is currently expected behaviour when using Total Compensation plans or any interoperability plans.

This occurs under the following scenarios:

  • Total Comp templates are hidden in the varpay individual view templates list.
  • Total Comp templates are hidden when we copy an existing total comp template with individual view.
  • interoperability templates are hidden in the varpay individual view templates list.
  • interoperability templates are hidden When we copy an existing Interop template with individual view.
  • interoperability templates are hidden When we create an new Interop template with individual view

Resolution

As mentioned and above this is confirmed expected behaviour.
