2698290 - Plan Revenue Box is Empty in the Percentage of Completion Screen For Project

While checking the Percentage of Completion for a Project you notice that the Plan Revenue box under Reference Values field is empty.

1. Go to the Cost and Revenue work center.
2. Go to the Projects view.
3. Find the relevant Project.
4. Click on the Edit Percentage of Completion button.
5. Plan Revenue box under Reference Values field is empty.

The reason for this is the Accrual Method selected for this Project.
In this case, the Accrual Method is 108 - Recognize using cost-to-cost project POC, therefore the system will show the Plan Revenue for Project.
The Plan Revenue for Project will be the Total Net Value, derived from List price of the bundled Sales Order Items.

You can cross-check the amount shown in the Plan Revenue for Project field by:

1. Go to the Cost and Revenue work center.
2. Go to the Sales Document Items view.
3. Filter by the relevant Project.
4. Open the relevant Project.
5. Add together all the entries under Net Value x/ Freight column, the outcome will be the same as the amount shown in Plan Revenue for Project field.

If the Accrual Method was selected as 102 - Recognize using cost-to-cost POC, then we would see the relevant value under Plan Revenue box.

You have the option to manually maintain the Plan Revenue value in the Percentage of Completion for Sales Order Items screen.
