2698443 - Search function no longer works for some user after system update

Symptom

In the Fiori launchpad, you use the Search function on the main page to search for Purchase Orders and other business documents. After a system/patch upgrade, you notice that for some users the search no longer works, the user receives an error "We did not find any matches for '450000xxxx' Try searching again."
