2698618 - SSF error while performing digital signature

When a document with a signature strategy assigned is signed, the following error is displayed:

"SSF information for SAP user not found"

Solution Manager 7.2

1. Go to SOLDOC
2. Navigate to the document with the signature strategy assigned
3. Trigger the signature process by chosing one of the document editing options
4. Change the status of the document 
5. Sign the document 
6. The following error is displayed:
   

This is because the signature strategy defined is with either of the following methods:

• User Signature with ext. Security Product W/O verification
• User Signature with ext. Security Product with Verificaiton

The above two signature methods only work with SAP GUI but not with Webdynpro (as SOLDOC is)

To resolve the issue: In the view cluster "VC_TC85", select the method "System Signature with Authorization by SAP UserID/Password"
