2698680 - Blank screen loaded when editing Job Info History record after click "Pending future changes" link - Employee Central

• Whenever we try to edit Job Information records from Job History page, a blank screen is loaded
• This happens only if we access Job History from "Pending future change" link in People Profile > Organizational Information block

Employee Central Core b1808 - Job Information

1. Go to any employee with future dated Job Information record
2. Navigate to "Organizational Information" block. There is a link that indicates "Pending future change in Job Information (MMM DD, YYYY)"
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the link.
4. Job History will be loaded. Select any record > Click on Edit button
   
   
   
   
5. A blank screen is loaded
   
   
   

This issue is currently being investigated by EC Engineering team. We wil be updating this KBA once the root cause is identified and a fix is made.

There are a few workarounds to unblock the user from this behavior:

• Refresh the page, access the Job History section via the "History" icon. After this, you can proceed with the "Edit".
• Access the "Pending future change" link in Job Information instead of Organizational Information. The Edit should also work in this case.
