In SF Mobile App, Jam users can open the documents in other PDF reader application using the "Open With" functionality, and can share the actual document via email.
Can we disable download of Jam contents in SF Mobile App?

SAP Jam: Mobile
Reproducing the Issue

Activate SF Mobile App

Go to Jam Feeds in Mobile App

Open a document in the content section using the "Open With" functionality, select other PDF reader application to download the document.
Resolution
It is currently not possible to prevent download of SAP Jam content using the SuccessFactors mobile app. However, the customer can completely disable the use of SuccessFactors mobile app for all employees, and only offer them the SAP Jam standalone mobile app, where content download can be prevented using the "Enable Download File and Share" company setting. We encourage the use of SAP Jam standalone mobile app which has many more capabilities than the SuccessFactors mobile app.
