2698930 - No Data is visible when using the DVM Cloud application - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

This document describes the necessary steps to get access to DVM Application data, in case one of the following symptoms occur:

1. The user is trying to logon to the DVM Cloud Application and receives the error message "The user is not assigned to any data sets".

2. It can also happen, that a data file is uploaded to the DVM Cloud application (generated with report RAGS_DVM_CQC_ANALYSIS). After successful upload, the data in the DVM Cloud App is not visible.

3. Having accessed the SAP for Me Portal and searched for the “Data Volume Management” App. The DVM Application tile cannot be consumed with a message that says: “Not authorized – click to request”.

4. Lack of access to multiple customer numbers within a CCC group.
