The country Cabo Verde is missing from the country of residence dropdown list when creating an account on the career site.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the external career site.
- Create an account.
- Check the country of residence list and see that Cabo Verde does not appear
Cause
Country picklist is incorrectly configured
Resolution
To make Cabo Verde appear in the country of residence dropdown list you have to add this field to the country picklist. The en_US label of the value in the country picklist must match the en_US value in the ISOCountryList picklist.
Cabo Verde will then appear in the country of residence dropdown list.
