2699027 - Easy Link URL field maximum characters

After creating an Easy Link with a large number of charatcers, the end characters are cut off.

Create an Easy Link with a large number of characters in the LMS Administration pages by going to - System Admin -> Configuration -> Easy Links.

After creating the Easy Link the full string does not save.

The entry fields for the URLs in the Easy Links are limited to 765 characters.

This is hard coded and cannot be changed.
