2699189 - JDBC adapter channel not polling - java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: sun/io/ByteToCharConverter

• You have a Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) system which is using the JDBC Adapter.
• You have upgraded your system to a new release or support package. You are using an IBM DB2 driver. Your Java version is 8.
• You see that JDBC channels are not polling. On Communication channel, you ucan only see "Processing started" on the memory logs.
• In the Default Trace file, you find the following error:
