2699218 - Error /SCWM/L3026 when confirm WT with exception code

Symptom

After booking an HU Difference (DIFH) e.g. with transaction /SCWM/PACK, it is not possible to confirm a product warehouse task with Difference of Charges for Warehouse management (DIFW). Error message "Difference already posted. Difference only possible to source bin" (/SCWM/L3026) is displayed during WT confirmation.
