2699477 - Time Types Show the Same Balance in PP3

On user's Time Off UI, the "Time Off Balance as of Today" shows the same value for 2 time types.

However, only one time type has approved requests in time records tab.

Employee Central- Time Off

1. Go to the Time Off UI > Time Off Balance as of Today > there are 2 different time types with the same value.
2. Go the workbench of the user > Time records tab > Only one has exisiting and approved time off requests.

This is expected behaviour. When there is the same time account type linked to 2 different time types, but only one has time off requests approved and the other no requests, the system will display the same balance for both time types.

If each time type has time off requests recorded, Time Off Balance as of Today will show the correct balance as configured.
