Symptom
You have created a Label ID against an Inbound Delivery Notification however when you check the new Label ID, Supplier Part Number is not displayed.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Inbound Logistics work center.
- Go to Common Tasks and choose Labels view.
- Choose New Labels option, new window opens.
- Choose Add Row.
- Enter required Product ID against which Label must be created.
- Enter all required details and perform Save and Close.
- Now when you open the new Label ID and edit it.
- Under General tab, system doesn't display the Supplier Part Number.
Cause
Label ID is being created without the reference of Inbound Delivery Notification and therefore subtab Inbound Information is not fetched hence doesn't have the Supplier Part Number details.
Resolution
- Go to Inbound Logistics work center.
- Go to Common Tasks and choose Labels view.
- Choose New Labels option, new window opens.
- Choose Add Row with Reference to -> Inbound Delivery Notification.
- Enter required Inbound Delivery Notification ID and choose OK. ( even if it doesn't appear in value selection)
- Now here you see subtab :Inbound Information.
- Go to Inbound Information subtab and check supplier Part Number is fetched for all required line items.
- Perform Save and Close.
- Once it is done, check for Label IDs which are created.
- Edit it and under General tab, Supplier Part Number is updated.
