2699480 - Supplier Part Number Not Displayed on Labels

You have created a Label ID against an Inbound Delivery Notification. However, the supplier Part Number is not displayed when checking the new Label ID.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Inbound Logistics Work Center.
2. Go to the Common Tasks and choose the Labels View.
3. Choose New Labels option, new window opens.
4. Choose Add Row.
5. Enter required Product ID against which Label must be created.
6. Enter all required details and perform Save and Close.
7. Now when you open the new Label ID and edit it.
8. Under the General Tab, system doesn't display the Supplier Part Number.

Label ID is being created without the reference of Inbound Delivery Notification and therefore subtab Inbound Information is not fetched hence doesn't have the Supplier Part Number details.

1. Go to the Inbound Logistics Work Center.
2. Go to the Common Tasks and choose the Labels View.
3. Choose New Labels option, new window opens.
4. Choose Add Row with Reference to -> Inbound Delivery Notification.
5. Enter required Inbound Delivery Notification ID and choose OK. ( even if it doesn't appear in value selection)
6. Now here you see subtab :Inbound Information.
7. Go to Inbound Information subtab and check supplier Part Number is fetched for all required line items.
8. Perform Save and Close.
9. Once it is done, check for Label IDs which are created.
10. Edit it and under the General Tab, Supplier Part Number is updated.
