Symptom

  • When executing a Crystal Reports file reports  on the BusinessObject Business Intelligence Plaform the following error message displayed after answering the universe prompts:

  [JRC00001056] The viewer could not process an event. The field, "<PROMPT NAME>", cannot be deleted because it is in use. Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

  • The same report running fine from Crystal Rports for Enterprise Designer.
