2700325 - Rewards and Recognition - Errors opening Spot Award Workflows that have been deleted

Workflows that have been deleted are still showing up in approver's to do list. Attempting to access the to-do list causes an error

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Data > Spot Award
2. Select a Spot Award and Delete
3. Proxy as the Approver of deleted spot award
4. The spot award will still be in their To Do list
5. Clicking on Approve Requests will generate the following error:
   
   
   
   

This is caused by deleting the Spot Award before declining or cancelling the spot award's workflow

Best practice is to decline any pending workflow requests via Admin Center instead of deleting via Manage Data. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Admin Center > Employee Files > Manage Workflow Requests 
2. Click the Search button
3. Choose Request Type = Change Generic Object Actions
4. Chose Request Status = PENDING
5. Hit Search
6. Select Take Action > Decline
   
   
7. Click Decline

If the Spot Awards have already been deleted before the workflow request was declined, please file a case with Product Cloud Support.
