Symptom

  • After upgrading the OPatch version, you are experiencing the following error when calling OPatch lsinventory:

OS>opatch lsinventory

Java (1.6) could not be located.

OPatch cannot proceed!OPatch returns with error code = 1 

  • Running the old OPatch release works normally.
