2700360 - ERROR => DbSlConnect(ci=NULL): missing connection info

Symptom

  • dbsl or other sap tools fails to connect database due to following error:
Version of '/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run/dboraslib.so' is "***", patchlevel (***)
*** ERROR => DbSlConnect(ci=NULL): missing connection info (vers=-1)
  • Or A1 EGEN 011 CMDLINE: "/tmp/.../AS-ABAP/ORA/CENTRAL/R3load -testconnect"
