2700367 - You are able to delete Completed Visits

You can delete completed visits.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to Visits work center
2. Select Visits view
3. Search for visit XYZ (XYZ represents visit id) with status: Completed
4. Go to Actions and select Delete

The Delete action for completed visits is enabled if the scoping question "Do you want to prevent the deletion of completed visits?" is selected.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view
3. Select and Edit Project Scope
4. Go to Questions, step 4
5. Select and expand Sales > Account and Activity Management > Activity Management
6. Select the question "Do you want to prevent the deletion of completed visits?"
7. Select Save
