2700590 - IBP - DDMRP Buffer Analysis Error: "Unable to load data. Please verify that all required key figures exist"

Symptom

You trying to create a scenario in the DDMRP Buffer Analysis application in the web ui and receive the following error message:

"Incompatible planning area due to absent planning operator "Calculate DDMRP buffer levels" in planning area configuration. Please choose a compatible planning area. Unable to load data. Please verify that all required key figures exist."
