2700630 - ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace error for Oracle as Database - SAP Data Services 4.x

• DBS-070301: Error message for operation <OCIStmtExecute>: <ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace '<TEMP_TABLE>'
• Job fails while using a Oracle template table with error "no privileges on tablespace" 
• Trying to configure the Local Repository Database from Data Services Repository Manager using CREATE option, however, we face the issue below:
