2700913 - Project Manager Cannot View Details in The Work Package Assignment E-mail

When project team member assign a work package to himself/herself, the project manager receives an e-mail, but the content is not clear.

Solution A. Upload a S/MIME certificate

1. Go to Application And User Management, Business Users view.
2. Select the project manager user.
3. Click Manage Certificates.
4. In the new screen, click Upload S/MIME Certificate.

Solution B.Unscope the question "Do you want to use encryption and signature for e-mails?"

1. Go to Business Configuration, Implementation Project view. 
2. Edit the current project, go to Step 4, Questions.
3. Expand Built-in Service and Information Exchange -> System Management-> Security, find the question "Do you want to use encryption and signature for e-mails?", unscope it.
4. Finish the setting.

Whether you followed solution A or B, once the change done, the new email content will be changed to:

A work package has been assigned to a team member of the project.
