2701007 - Dump when "Load Monitor Definitions" from solman_setup with a runtime error DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR

When executing the activity Load Monitor Definitions from solman_setup: Basic BPO Configuration step 5 Configure Monitored System(s) you the the error:

SMSETUP: AGS_BPMON_LOAD_MDEF Aborted Internal session terminated with a runtime error DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR (see ST22)
