Symptom
The list of (in)direct reports/subordinates may be seen in two different ways by the manager.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Resolution
In the Learning user side (as a manager):
Scenario 1:

"My Team" tab >
-
At the left side, the list of (in)direct reports/subordinates will appear >
- Click the three dots option from any of the users of the list > Select an option and come back to the "My Team" main page >
- The list of users will continue displaying all (in)direct reports/subordinates.
Scenario 2:
- "My Team" tab >
- At the left side, the list of (in)direct reports/subordinates will appear >
- Select one of the users from the list > Click the three dots option > Select an option and come back to the "My Team" main page >
- The list of users will be minimized, only the clicked user will appear and a button, "Load More", will be available to expand the full list of users.
If a different behavior is desired, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
