2701078 - My Team tab - list of (in)direct reports (Legacy Learning Home Page)

The list of (in)direct reports may be seen in two different ways by the manager (Legacy Learning Home Page).

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Learning User side (as a manager) (Legacy Learning Home Page):

Scenario 1:

1. "My Team" tab >
2. At the left side, the list of (in)direct reports will appear >
3. Click the three dots option from any of the users of the list > Select an option and come back to the "My Team" main page >
4. The list of users will continue displaying all (in)direct reports.

Scenario 2:

1. "My Team" tab >
2. At the left side, the list of (in)direct reports will appear >
3. Select one of the users from the list > Click the three dots option > Select an option and come back to the "My Team" main page >
4. The list of users will be minimized, only the clicked user will appear and a button, "Load More", will be available to expand the full list of users.

Note:

• Currently, upon completing the Scenario 2 steps, the system displays only the last selected (in)direct report along with the “Load More” button. If a Learning Manager navigates to another module and then returns to Learning > “My Team”, only the last selected (in)direct report and the “Load More” button will be shown, rather than the entire list. To automatically view the full list, users must log out and log back into the system.
  
  
• The main distinction between Scenario 1 and Scenario 2 is found in the 3^rd step. In Scenario 1, users access the "My Team" section and immediately click the three dots option for any (in)direct report. In Scenario 2, users enter the "My Team" section, select a user from the list, and then click the three dots option.
