2701140 - Not able to transport objects from 7.0X to 7.5 - Attribute value type is not of type PcdAttributeValueType.TEXT

• Portal content from NW 7.0X system is being transported to a 7.5 system;
• Import fails with the message: Error Importing the transport package. Check the log files for details;
• By checking the Transport logs (1852716 - Locating transport logs after failure in Portal) or the defaultTrace file (1596214 - How to find the latest default trace from right after reproduced), the following error is found:
