2701203 - AVM / ARIBA: Cannot remove roles - Role is not assigned to the user

Symptom

When we try to remove a role or terminate a user using a Removal / termination request, we get an error that says "<role name> role is not assigned to the user. Action remove cannot be performed".

The issue does not happen for SAP roles for SAP users because the user IDs are stored in upper case. This is happening only for AVM / ARIBA roles and users with lower/mix cases.

User IDs in AVM / ARIBA are stored in lower case and mix cases in the GRC backend tables.
