For Existing User

Back up : Adhoc Report

1. Run a report: Adhoc report with sub domain: Person and Employment Export
2. Select only column National ID Info
3. Filter Per country or User
4. Backup  your report.

New user

Step 1: Download Blank Template for National ID Information

1. Go to admin tool then Import employee data
2. Select Select the action you want to perform: Download Template
3. Select an entity: National ID Information
4. Available Data Fields
5. Generate Template

Step 2:  Fill Blank Template for National ID Information

How to find Any country Card Type and Display Format: Example United Kingdom (GBR)

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration
2. NationalIdCardGBR
3. Identifier: NINO
4. Display Format: XX XX XX XX X

Step 3: Import National ID Information

1. Go to admin tool then Import employee data
2. Select Select the action you want to perform: Import Data
3. Select an entity: National ID Information - Full Purge or Incremental Load (since national id portlet is non-effective dated functionally there is no difference and full purge is useful when national ID portlet data is corrupted for either employee or dependents).
