2701618 - Limitation: Tcode /UI2/FLPD_CUST error when logging into SAP Fiori via FireFighter ID

Symptom

User is facing the following issues when logging into SAP Fiori via FireFighter ID (FFID):

  • An unexcepted error occurs while executing tcode /UI2/FLPD_CUST for Fiori Launchpad Designer
  • Error: No Authorization to access service "ZPAGE_BUILDER_CUST_0001"

  • The error is fixed when the FFID password is reset
  • New password cannot be given every time to the users
