2701642 - C4C-ERP Values For Data Type IndustrialSectorCode Are Missing

Symptom

You are maintaining the code list mapping for data type IndustrialSectorCode. When you try to add a new local code, the list does not show any value.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration -> Overview
  2. Search for activity Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions
  3. Filter for data type IndustrialSectorCode
  4. Add a new local code
  5. No values are displayed

Cause

You need to add the local context 0005 in mapping rule for IndustrialSectorCode.

Resolution

  1. Delete the current mapping rule.
  2. Add the mapping rule Map Individual Codes
  3. Add the local context value 0005 as per attached screenshot

The codes will be loaded when you add a new local code now.
