Symptom
Unable to upload or delete JDBC drivers, screenshot similar to the below
The following exception can be found in the defaultTrace logs,
[EXCEPTION]
java.rmi.AccessException: You do not have permissions: dbpool_all; nested exception is:
java.security.AccessControlException: No authorization
at com.sap.engine.services.dbpool.security.DBpoolSecurityProvider.checkUserPermission(DBpoolSecurityProvider.java:64)
