2701672 - SMP SDK 3.1. Shared data is disappearing from the client offline store

Symptom

  • Shared data is disappearing from the client offline store.
  • Not all users see the issue. It occurs randomly.
  • The issue is worked around by deleting the application data and reopening the offline stores.
  • SMP server log shows:
