2701752 - The 'libsybxadtm.a' file is not included in 16.0 SP03 releases - SDK for SAP ASE

Symptom

SAP Open Server and SDK for SAP ASE no longer ships the following 32-bit-only UNIX-based platforms in 16.0 SP03 releases.
However, SAP Open Server and SDK for SAP ASE still provides the 32-bit libraries and binaries for 32 bit platforms as part of the 64-bit product releases.

But, the 32-bit 'libsybxadtm.a' file is not included in the 16.0 SP03 releases.
