What are the steps to carry out when a customer terminates their contract with SAP or they do not want to use Recruiting Module anymore?

When a customer decides to teminate their contract with SAP, please contact your Partner Consultant or Professional Services to complete the steps below:
1. Provisioning --> Company settings -->
2. Uncheck: Recruiting - requires "Question object Management" and "version 11 UI framework (ULTRA)
NOTE: This action will deactivate the RCM module, but please note that if there is a user that has any uncompleted approvals, the connection will exist. This means that the recruiting tab will still appearing for the user who has a task to do. The data will be in the system but the module will no longer be available for use by end users.
3. Information from all entities such as candidate profile, requisition, application and offer can be reported via Report Centre or via Integration Centre.
