2701861 - Error: "HTTP Status 400" when accessing an Opendocument URL of a or edit Webi report data provider

Symptom

  • When accessing report with Opendocument URL, the pages show "HTTP Status 400"
  • When editing Webi report data provider, the page just hang there and never shows query panel." HTTP 400 error" can be seen from HTTP trace.
  • Error 'java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid character found in the request target. The valid characters are defined in RFC 7230 and RFC 3986' from Tomcat log
