2701960 - Rest Notification service not working if user name case sensitivity is not exact

Symptom

  • SMP Rest Notification service works fine as long as the user name in the message request matches the case sensitivity of the SMP registered user name.  Example:

https://[domain]:[port]/restnotification/application/[application]/user

  • In the example above if the user name registered in SMP is "tst_01" then the message is not delivered to the user.
