2701996 - Security tab is missing in the Administration menu in SAP Analytics Cloud

Security tab is missing in the Administration Menu.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2018.16.4

1. Logon to SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Go to the Administration menu.
3. Notice that the Security page is missing.

This issue is caused by a disabled feature toggle in toggle service.

Operations team fixed the issue by re-enabling the disabled toggle.
