2702083 - SQL0539N error while creating missing index in Dbacockpit

Symptom

Missing index created by "Activate & Customize Database" option in Dbacockpit failed with the below error.

ALTER TABLE 'Table name' drop primary key
SQL0539N Table or nickname "SAP<sid>.table name" does not have a "PRIMARY"
key. SQLSTATE = 42888
DDL time (___ 1): ......... 2 milliseconds
sql:
DROP INDEX '<primary index'>~ 0'
SQL0669N A system required index cannot be dropped explicitly. SQLSTATE = 42917
DDL time (___ 2): ......... 2 milliseconds
<Primary index>~ 0 could not be removed
Delete index <Primary index>-0 failed
Order for <tablename> failed
